Tom was referred to me by my daughter who had recently purchased a home and it a wise choice using him. He showed me the homes I requested but also made sure I knew the details behind purchasing any particular home. In one instance he went above and beyond and found out about a home that had additional money tacked onto the property taxes and when it would be paid off and let me know it might not be a good fit for me. I've known Tom since we were kids. However, I've never known him in a professional setting until recently. I moved back to the area after being gone 20 years, so I didn't remember much. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about every area that I was interested in. He was very attentive to my needs. He was able to recommend lenders, electricians, handy men, inspectors, etc. without being pushy. He was able to calm my fears whenever an additional answer was needed from my lenders, which they inevitably always need.
