Tom was invaluable in helping to sell our property. The home needed to have major work done prior to the sale and Tom recommended excellent contractors to do the work. He was very responsive to all our questions concerning property sales in Illinois (it was our first real estate transaction there). Tom's recommendation for list price was spot on and resulted in a multiple offer situation within 10 days. An offer (above asking price! was accepted. Tom kept the ball moving through the contract period and provided quick resolution to lender requests in order to close on the property as scheduled. Great experience working with Tom!

Tom was a great agent! I came to him after going through a bad experience with another mortgage company and my previous agent decided to quit on me. Tom was very knowledgeable about the process of buying my first home. He had experience with foreclosures and short sell properties, which is what I ended up buying. I've worked with Tom Wolfe on 4 different occasions over a span of 17 years, and each time he demonstrated to be very knowledgeable, professional, and well organized. I recently had a home sell as a short sale. The entire process took approximately 5 1/2 months, which includes us receiving one offer that fell through half way through the process.
